5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at naturesnectar345@protonmail.com with a photo of the item and your order details. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and send you a replacement product or process your refund.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you wish to receive. Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund.
