1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped, along with tracking information (if available).

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer domestic and international shipping. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (Within the U.S.):

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 (U.S. only)

International Shipping:

  • International shipping times vary depending on the destination and customs processing. On average, delivery times can range from 7-14 business days. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order, as well as your location. For free shipping, select the appropriate option during checkout for eligible orders over $50 (U.S. only).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on the carrier's website.

5. International Orders

For international customers, please be aware that customs regulations vary by country. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for information on import regulations.

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, Nature's Nectar is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, customs processing, or issues beyond our control (such as carrier delays). If your order is delayed, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Nature's Nectar is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the carrier to file a claim. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for peace of mind.

8. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure you provide a valid street address when placing your order.
